This is good for folks who can’t tell the difference between a plank and a pirouette. You also discover tricks that will impress your followers or that cute barista you don’t know. Dance training is like a party for your heart with dance routines that make you sweat and forget about your problems as an adult. It’s acceptable if you can’t do the moonwalk perfectly.
